At EcoGents we don't raise fingers. We don't believe you can save the world with one coat — but we do believe you can be more aware of what you wear.

Not a perfect world, but better choices

We are not holy. We are not “green gurus” either. But every day we see how much good clothing already exists. Clothing that can last for years to come — if someone wears it again.

Second-hand is not a trend, but logical

At EcoGents, sustainability is not about slogans, but about logic. Why produce something new when there is already so much beauty out there?

By choosing second hand and vintage men's clothing extend the lifespan of clothing — without sacrificing style.

Quality over quantity

We select strictly. Not everything comes into the store. Precisely by choosing quality, we ensure that clothing lasts longer.

Fewer impulse purchases. Less “not quite”. More clothes that you actually wear.

What happens to clothing you donate to us

Anyone who donates clothing to EcoGents can be sure that: is not destroyed, not fragmented and doesn't go halfway around the world.

The clothes first go to us cellar. Everything is done carefully there sorted, washed and ironed. Then it goes back upstairs — ready for a second life in the store.

Everything at EcoGents is checked, washed and ironed before it hangs in the store. That sounds simple, but it makes a world of difference in how clothes feel — and how long they last.

Local & personal

EcoGents is a physical store on the Westermarkt in Tilburg. No anonymous boxes, but personal contact. People pass by, take their time and make conscious choices.

No sermon, just an invitation

You don't have to “be sustainable” with us. You only need to wear clothes that make you happy — and that won't be written off after one season.

If that happens to be better for the world: that's a bonus.
