Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. you can let us know via us contact form or by email (hello@ecogents.com). You will then receive the purchase amount back. The costs for returning the package to us are at your expense.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we are against waste and want to be a green company, we want to allow as few (truck) cars as possible to drive for free. That is why we take many photos of each item of clothing and we always state the sizes in centimeters for all items. You can compare this with a piece of clothing of yours that fits you well. This way you can estimate in advance whether the garment will fit and you don't have to send packages back and forth unnecessarily.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us in its original condition:

We will then refund the order amount due within 3 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Please note: If you only return part of your order and the original purchase amount (to qualify for free shipping) becomes less than €75, we will deduct part of the shipping costs (€3.95) from the amount to be returned.
