Web hostingWe decrease web hosting and email services from mine domain. My domain processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. My domain has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. My domain is obliged under the Confidential Agreement.
E-mail and mailing listsWe use the services of services for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
General purpose of processingWe only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. Preservation periodsWe save your data as long as you are a client of us. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer want to use our services. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have manufactured in response to your assignment.
