Terms and conditions Ecogenents

Here you can read our Terms and Conditions Web Store. Not only the government creates rules to ensure the safety of your purchase. We also like to inform you of our conditions as Ecogenents. By agreeing with the General Terms and Conditions Web Store, an agreement between us and you came about as a customer. But before you agree with our Terms and Conditions, please kindly review the conditions and to take note of our working method. This can prevent annoying situations! Article 1 - Webshop

1.1. Ecogenents is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and contributes its legal contribution to the tax authorities. On our website you can find our KVK number and VAT number. You will also find our contact details there.

1.2. Our webshop is equipped with a SLL certificate. This means that we meet all legal requirements regarding the security of your personal data and payment details. We strive for a continuous improvement of the security of your data. In abuse by hackers, we will report to the police.

1.3. We never provide your personal information to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always request permission to you in advance.

1.4. Since 5 June 2012, our webshop has been obliged to request permission to you regarding cookies. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.

1.5. We are obliged to report to the police on the possible suspicion of abuse or fraud.

1.6. The webshop has taken out vocational liability insurance to cover itself against any unjust liability that is claimed by a customer.

1.7. We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have doubts about purchasing a product, our employees are happy to help you.

1.8. You can register for our newsletter. You will then be kept informed of our offers every two weeks.

Article 2 - Consciousness

2.1. You have 14 days of reflection time after purchasing a certain product. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us without having to pay the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the relevant product. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you have paid on your account number.

2.2. Products that are returned to us must be provided with the original packaging.

Article 3 - The agreement

3.1. The agreement between the web store and customer is final when the customer has indicated that the General Terms and Conditions and He has authorized to write down the money from his account when the customer has paid a payment via iDeal or PayPal, or When an invoice has been sent afterwards to the customer. After the reflection period of 14 days has passed and the payment has been received by the web store, the customer has become the owner of the product in question.

3.2. The agreement has been established electronically, through completing the required fields and agreeing with the terms and conditions.

3.3. As a customer, you are obliged to meet your payment obligation at the web store. If you do not pay within the stipulated period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, costs will be charged. If you still have not met the claim due after several reminders, we will give the direct debit to a collection agency.

3.4. After you have passed on, you will receive a written confirmation from us by email from your purchase. It contains the product that you have purchased, what it costs you and where you can go with any complaints and comments.

3.5. We are required to deliver the product or article to you within 30 days. If the item is not available within this period due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in writing. After the expiry of these 30 days you will receive the purchase amount already paid already paid. This can never exceed 50 percent of the total purchase amount. However, if you have indicated that a replacement article is also an option, we will provide you with a replacement product or article that meets your needs as much as possible. Of course you can indicate in advance that you don't want that.

3.6. The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs that are charged to an address abroad for sending abroad are visible to you when you proceed to the purchase of the product.

Article 4 - The price

4.1. The prices listed on our webshop are always including VAT. The costs that must be paid to send the product are visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.

4.2. When you authorize us to automatically write down an amount of your account number, you are required to inform us a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the bodies that must be aware of it. In addition, it is reported to the police.

4.3. The price mentioned at the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. You pay the amount that is visible to the product and what is also confirmed to you if you agree electronically with the purchase. The purchase price is re -stilled.

4.4. When you purchase a product during a period in which no action applies, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards. Article 5 - Complaints and warranty

5.1. Complaints about delivery must be reported to us by telephone in the first instance. Our employees are happy to help you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person concerning the delivery of the product. Of course our deliverers do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged to your home.

5.2. Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us in writing. These cannot be answered by us personally. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler for you and will mediate as an intermediary for you. If it lies within our possibilities, we will solve the problem for you.

5.3. Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint always happens in writing. After a complaint has been settled, you will receive a survey with regard to the complaint of complaint. We kindly request you to fill it in and send us back. We want to provide you with excellent service at all times.

5.4. A warranty applies to you on every product that we deliver to you. How long this warranty lasts is entirely dependent on the product. A one-year warranty applies to most products. If this is deviating, you can read this in written confirmation that you receive from us to the product that you have purchased, and on the invoice that you will receive by e-mail. We can only offer a limited warranty on consumption and user products such as endover present. If you discover a defect or defect at one of our items, we request that you notify us within 48 hours after delivery.

5.5. If the product breaks within the warranty period, we will reimburse the full purchase amount to you. However, that does not apply when there is intent or conscious damage. We also kindly ask you to contact your insurance company if the damage takes place after the guarantee period. It is possible to claim to the household insurance. Before both situations, it cannot be reimbursed without a purchase receipt. After the expiry of the warranty period, the new value will also be canceled during possible payment of damage.
