EcoGents 200 Kilo Herenkleding Challenge

Tijdens de Week van de Circulaire Economie van 19 t/m 27 maart proberen we samen 200 kilo herenkleding een tweede leven te geven.

Iedereen kent het wel: dat colbert in je kast dat je eigenlijk nooit meer draagt, of dat mooie overhemd dat nét iets te klein is geworden.

Tijdens deze week kun je bij EcoGents eenvoudig herenkleding doneren in Tilburg. Misschien hangt jouw kleding binnenkort wel bij ons in de winkel en maakt iemand anders er weer een nieuwe herinnering mee.

Fred & Amy – the people behind EcoGents

There are no large teams or complicated processes behind EcoGents — just the two of us. Fred and Amy, there is a good chance that you will actually encounter us here - in the store.

Behind the scenes, Amy is the silent force. She washes, irons, checks, photographs and puts everything neatly in the webshop. Every piece of clothing goes through her first — and if it doesn't pass her test, it simply doesn't make it to the racks.

Fred mainly walks around the store. For style advice, an honest answer or a chat in between. Sometimes with coffee, sometimes with a good story — but always without sales talk.

Together we ensure that EcoGents feels the way we like to shop: calmly, personally and with attention.

Think of it as a large living room... but with more and better clothes than at home.

A store where you feel welcome

Our store on the Westermarkt in Tilburg is not a standard clothing store, but one large living room of over 300 m². Think Chesterfields, Persian carpets and music on vinyl — a place where you can quietly look around, try on and discover what suits you. Without haste, without pressure.

With us you will find a wide and changing range of second-hand branded and vintage men's clothing: from shirts, jeans and sweaters to jackets, waistcoats, suits and accessories. Everything has been carefully selected, washed, ironed and... clearly sorted by size. What you see online is just a selection — there is always much more in the store.

Whether you are looking for something specific or just want to browse around: you are very welcome to come and experience the atmosphere for yourself. We are happy to help you, but we are just as happy to let you do your own thing.
