Unless otherwise stated in the description, all clothing is in good to very good condition and ready for a second life. We carefully check all clothing ourselves for stains, holes or wear. After inspection, everything is neatly washed and ironed.

We ship throughout Europe within 1 to 3 working days.

All items on our website are normally in stock, we always have to check whether these items are actually available in our store because unfortunately we also have to deal with theft in the store.

Since we obviously only have 1 unique piece of each item in stock, it can sometimes happen that we no longer have something. You will be notified of this as soon as possible and your money will be returned.  

Shipping costs Netherlands: Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95. We ship free within the Netherlands for orders above €75!

Pick up in store (Free): You can simply place your order in our online store and then pick it up in the store on the Westermarkt in Tilburg. Choose the pick up option at checkout. After placing the order, we will contact you when you can pick up the order.

Shipping costs Belgium and Germany: Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are €6.95. For orders above €100 we ship for free to Belgium and Germany!

Shipping costs within Europe: Shipping costs to France, Spain and England, among others, are €9.95 

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then receive the purchase amount refunded. The costs for returning the package to us are at your expense.

Please note: Because we are against waste and want to be a sustainable company, we want to run as few cars as possible for nothing. That is why we take many photos of each item of clothing and we always state the measurements in centimeters with the items. You can compare these dimensions with a piece of clothing of yours that fits you well. This way you can estimate in advance whether the garment will fit and you don't have to send packages back and forth unnecessarily.
